GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING SUPPORT
I start a course and get a "Failed to Initialize" error.
If you launch a course and see the error below, complete the following steps:
- Close all instances of your browser
- Start a new browser session and try logging in again
- If it still doesn't work, clear your cache in your browser (usually under the History settings)
- Log back in to ComplianceTrainingUSA.com and take your course.
